Albino Boutique || Brand strategies

I thought the best way of understanding how to brand a boutique would be to look at existing strategies used by companies to understand the design disciplines which need to take place, not only for final out comes but for the design elements to appeal to an audience.

'I-am' associates are a brand consultancy based in the London, Istanbul and Mumbai. They are a brand consultancy who focus on design which engages with customer experience in the fashion sector:

Brand strategy

A solid brand strategy encapsulates the personality of your company and provides a clear plan as to how you will transmit this personality to your customers and other stakeholders. This includes your brand identity, brand expression and brand application.

Brand identity

Your brand identity is much more than a logo: it's the colour and packaging, the space in which you deliver your services and products - whether physical or virtual; it's the definition and essence.

Commercial Interior design

One of the key elements to a triumphant customer experience is offering a business environment that is not only welcoming and appealing, but also conducive to sales.

Brand culture

A brand only delivers its promises when it has the culture to back them up.

Below are some examples of their retail strategy work and interior design:

Diesel

Here is an interesting take on brand strategy and application design for the diesel store. Realistically this isn't the type of design I would produce for Albino Strawberry Boutique, however the interior retail design is an interesting way of me mocking up how I would like the floor plan of the boutique to look.

Armani

Here is a great example of how the brand is shown in a three dimensional format to show how the retail store would function.

Firetrap

Here is a edgy illustrative take on the Firetrap store. Things I may consider designing exterior and interior schemes such as store design and window display to fully market the idea of Albino Strawberry Boutique being a desirable store to visit.

French connection

Here is the brand identity and strategy design work for French Connection, whereby 'I-am' have took on the approach to keep the brands sophisticated style yet give it the best direction. This is a clear example of how I could brand the boutique by keeping it current but not following trends to ensure it maintains a future brand position.

New Look

Here is a fine example of how a shopping experience, store layout and product merchandising are presented in a distinctive way. The use on branded graphics and signage is a great way to engage with the customer, these are all considerations I want to attempt to design to deliver what the layout of the store could look like through graphics merchandising.
